Established in 2015, the Kelly Academy of Irish Dance (KAID) is a welcoming and dedicated Irish dance school serving families throughout the Fort Lauderdale area.
We offer Irish dance classes for ages 2 and up, with a focus on fun, structured training that develops strong technical foundations, confidence, and performance ability.

KAID dancers perform at a wide variety of events; including parties, celebrations, festivals, cultural functions, and community gatherings.
Each year, our dancers appear in over 30 St. Patrick’s Day performances across the tri‑county area, sharing Irish dance with audiences of all ages.
Competitions
KAID dancers perform and achieve at the regional, national, and international levels, advancing through competitive pathways while building confidence, discipline, and stage presence.
In addition to solo competition, dancers may participate in ceili team dancing, where they develop teamwork, collaboration, and commitment in a group setting. KAID ceili teams have earned Top 5 placements at the Southern Region Oireachtas, reflecting their strong preparation, dedication, and hard work.
